Kale, grapefruit supreme with shaved fennel, pistachio, raita
paired with 2020 Blanc de Blanc / Mammoth Gin

Course 3:
Seared duck breast with white bean cassoulet, sautéed Swiss chard, pear compote
paired with 2019 OV Chardonnay / Woolly Bourbon

Course 4:
Zeppole with Chantilly cream, bourbon caramel, BDX cherries
paired with 2020 BDX / Coffee Liqueur & Cherry Bounce
