A five course curated menu paired with Hickory Creek wines. Dinners are hosted after-hours by our winemaker in our barrel room. Seating is extremely limited for this intimate dining experience.

• Our menu for The Butcher’s Block:

  • Locally sourced cheese selection featuring creameries of Michiana with 2021 Dry Riesling (Columbia Valley, Washington)

  • Heirloom tomato salad with balsamic reduction with 2022 Tiger Lily Dry Rosé (Lake Michigan Shore, Old Shore Vineyard)

  • Corn chowder with 2022 Dry Traminette (Lake Michigan Shore)

  • Smoked trio of meats (coffee chili rubbed pork butt, chicken leg, sausage) with southern-style mac & cheese, southern-style greens with 2021 Merlot (Columbia Valley, Washington)

  • Angel cake roulade with cream cheese frosting and fresh seasonal berries with 2022 Semi-Dry Traminette (Lake Michigan Shore)

After-hours, quiet, intimate. This Rustic Wine Dinner Series is a limited-seating event. Hosted by winemaker Adam McBride and executive chef David Hardy, each dinner will feature five courses expertly paired with a featured Hickory Creek wine. After enjoying a welcome wine, you’ll be led into our barrel room or to our chardonnay vineyard (weather-permitting) for the behind-the-scenes culinary adventure.
