Come join Amy for this beginner-friendly 1-hour yoga class at Sandhill Crane Vineyards! This class will be held in our event room, so please bring your own mat. Your ticket also includes one glass of wine.

All-Levels Vinyasa Yoga

We’ll move through an intentional sequence, linking breath with movement. Class will close with grounding postures to help you settle, soften, and restore. Beginners and experienced yogis welcome.
